At the heart of our Senior Management Team, you will prepare and implement the Directorate’s work plan, championing best practice and best value, and maximise the performance of every team member. In particular, you will provide expert guidance to Heads of Division on financial and people management, diversity and inclusion, whilst facilitating high-level forums to take far-reaching decisions and building strong partnerships to enhance our brand image and drive growth.
