Cloudera is looking for a Director of Worldwide Sales Compensation who has a passion for ensuring operational excellence in the world of sales incentives. As a member of the Sales Operations leadership team, you will work cross-functionally with Sales & Operations Leadership, Finance, Human Resources and other teams to drive the overall design and administration of our sales incentive plans. The Director of Sales Compensation will be responsible for continued innovation in our Comp Strategy, ensuring plans align with our GTM strategy, goals and cost requirements of our worldwide sales teams. This role is heavily involved in our annual sales compensation strategy process, formulating costing and designing our short term incentive programs as well as fully driving our monthly commissions cycle.
