The role leads the effective working of the IT business and is focused on driving three critical pillars of the IT organisation – IT business management, client engagement and digital experience and adoption. The role maintains strong relationships with both senior Sydney Metro and TfNSW leadership teams and is responsible for financial and vendor management and the overall service performance of IT for the organisation. It is an integral part of the Transport IT senior leadership team and drives and influences a customer focused culture across the Information and Technology division.
