Director, Customer Success – Public Sector

UiPath

As the Customer Success Director for UiPath’s US Public Sector Team, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the public sector, developing and executing customer success plans, and working closely with UiPath’s sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will also collaborate with UiPath’s product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and help drive product enhancements and new features.

You will collaborate closely with Public Sector go to market and industry leadership on the evolution of our Public Sector in the Americas. Above all, you and your team will play a visible and key influential role with our Public Sector customer base – ultimately responsible for guiding their design of large-scale, high-ROI automation programs leveraging the UiPath business automation platform.
