Digital Marketing Manager


Review existing digital work and evaluate what’s working well and what we could do better
Collaborate with our Sales and Product Marketing teams to understand how we segment the market and help create digital buyer personas to ensure we have a super sharp targeting approach online
Understand and gather information on the triggers and signals of our buyers through data tracking and insight
Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and reach for Kraken amongst its audiences, particularly using LinkedIn, Google, and trade media
Work with Product Management to launch new modules and features
Have an excellent understanding of what works in digital creative and you’ll help make sure our product messages work beautifully with how we talk about the brand online
Contribute to and build captivating content marketing, both written and video
Run lead nurture campaigns to key decision makers, C-suite audiences and influencers, to understand what really engages them, track the data into our CRM, Hubspot, and make recommendations for how we build on this insight
Monitor campaign performance, establish benchmarks and act quickly to make changes in the moment to continually test, learn and optimise performance
Manage ongoing website improvements, SEO and dramatically improve the organic search position for Kraken
