It is in this context that we are seeking to recruit our next Dean of Imperial College Business School. As Dean, you will be responsible for all aspects of the School’s strategy, operations and finances, providing leadership to the School’s 400 staff and promoting excellence in research and education. You will take the Business School to a new stage of aspiration and excellence, building upon the current reputation and foundation. As a member of the College’s senior management team, you will also make a significant contribution to the strategic direction, management and development of Imperial College London as a whole.

The incoming Dean will be a highly experienced leader in academic business with proven ability to nurture and sustain high levels of performance across education, research and translation in a business school. You will be distinguished and internationally recognised in your field, and ready to lead and inspire brilliant minds to be the world’s future leaders of business and society. The ability to work collaboratively, and to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships are pre-requisites.
