In this role, you will lead the development of customer-facing content, initiatives, and processes that educate and enable customers on Weave’s suite of products. Whether through a step-by-step article, 30-second video, or in-app walkthrough or pop up, you will create the tools and resources, as well as manage the technology, that empowers our customers to self serve at every stage of their journey.
