You will be responsible for ensuring our services are being seamlessly delivered to GROW clients in line with agreed expectations. You will be responsible for such items as coordinating client forums, leading projects and incident resolution, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and monitoring budgets. The role will work closely with the Head of Service Delivery and Operational Capability and COO to ensure the integrity, robustness and capacity of our operational capabilities and processes are appropriate and scalable to support the growth of the business.
