Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Growth Officer (“CGO”) is a new role that will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic growth strategy for Somatus. The Chief Growth Officer will drive all annual growth through new business generation. The Chief Growth Officer will oversee the Somatus Business Development and External Communications teams ensuring the alignment of potential transactions, due diligence endeavors, negotiation of terms, incentive structuring, legal and compliance aspects of the associated transactions, and achievement of financial returns. The CGO will also serve as a core member of Somatus’ executive leadership team.
