WA Cricket is looking for a Chief Executive Officer who will be accountable for providing effective management and leadership for cricket within Western Australia with direct responsibility for ensuring delivery of the strategic plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully managing relationships with Government and with national sporting bodies, such as Cricket Australia. A critical part of the role is to oversee and lead the delivery of the $164 million WACA Ground Improvement Project. In addition to this the CEO must work with the WA Cricket Foundation to seek additional funding to contribute towards the redevelopment project.
