You’ll look after all parts of recruiting lifecycle, including running on-campus events, driving applicant pipeline, branding the company as an employer of choice and guiding interviewer debrief sessions. You will learn the intricacies of each business area – predominantly Engineering, Design and Product Management and then be able to promote these opportunities on campus. At Atlassian, you’ll have the freedom to develop new initiatives and roll out new programs internally.
