Business Process Analyst

Department of Customer Service

The Program is seeking Business Process Analyst to identify optimisation opportunities to enhance licensing services for the citizens of NSW. This role will support the optimisation of licensing processes prior to a licensing scheme being transitioned to the new digital platform. By conducting scheme reviews, research and analysis activities, the role will assist to provide a better journey for customers and staff and increase efficiencies for government.
