Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Operations Transformation Management Office (TMO), this individual will drive change management strategy and execution for high priority and impact initiatives originating from the company’s Corporate Operations organization which are often highly visible to Gilead’s global employees and senior leaders. The person in this role will work with senior leaders, business partners to develop change management plans and programs that support large-scale transformations and ensure success of key programs.
