Associate Customer Success Managers are entrusted with a variety of UiPath’s customers from those that are starting up to some that need some help to scale their automation program. In this role, you will be working with stakeholders across all parts and levels of the business to drive increased adoption of UiPath and to improve the overall quality and maturity of its use. Your end goal is to ensure the customer is adopting, self-sufficient, and is creating business value from UiPath. You will work closely with UiPath’s Account Executives, Renewals Specialists, and other teams within UiPath as needed and manage a portfolio of small & mid-sized customers across the AMER region.
