At Deputy, our client experience is formed by a cross team collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success. Our Marketing team will generate leads, the Sales team will sell the product, and the onboarding team trains and migrates the business to Deputy. The Account Manager comes in to keep the customer happy and evangelize the Deputy product. As our Account Manager, you will proactively manage client relationships while becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. You will identify new business opportunities that add value to your client’s businesses and align with their strategic plans. You are a smart, tech-savvy, highly motivated self-starter looking to engage and manage clients to ensure long term retention.
