WA’s Pivotal Role in the Space Economy
March 9, 2022 @ 11:45 am - 2:00 pm AEDT
The Space Economy is made up of private, public and academic institutions participating in the production, operation, supply and enablement of activities that form the space value chain and the space sector.
With the Square Kilometre Array construction in Murchison due for completion by 2029; our extensive mining and mobility automation technology; the Pawsey Super Computing Centre, and access to our critical minerals deep in Western Australian soil, our State is poised to become a truly innovative leader in the global space economy. But how do we get there?
This panel will also take us on a journey into a conceptual future – filled with innovations in space mining (Extra-Terrestrial Extraction) of the moon and asteroids, and commercial space travel.
Join us for this panel discussion of key industry leaders with local and global perspectives
