CanCham’s Women in Leadership 2023
September 6 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm AEST
CanCham’s Women in Leadership (WIL) 2023 event, in its 6th edition, is going to shine a spotlight on some of these women of impact who have addressed difficult issues, led direction shifts towards positive change, and influenced their respective fields.
We will identify what drove them; how they accomplished their goals with purpose while staying authentic; and most importantly, how this would shape the next decade of women in leadership.
LEAD, LOVE, LIVE
This year, we embark on a journey of inspiration, enlightenment, and empowerment, as we delve into the theme of “Lead, Love, Live.” These three powerful words are the essence of our event, representing the key pillars that shape and define successful women leaders. Women make the possibilities for innovation, growth, and positive change boundless. Love is the driving force that fuels their ambition, propels them to overcome obstacles, and fosters inclusive environments that nurture growth and success. And lastly, Live, we can’t deny that women leaders have the unique ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining their own sense of fulfillment and happiness.
Together, we will explore the multifaceted dimensions of leadership and balance between leading with strength, embracing love, and living a life of purpose.
