Australia will be heading to the polls on Saturday, May 3, 2025 — and while voting is not compulsory for Australians living overseas, it’s still crucial to stay informed and ensure your electoral enrolment is up to date.
You must be correctly enrolled by 8pm local time Monday 7 April 2025.

Overseas voting centres are available in over 100 locations during the early voting period and runs for up to two weeks leading up to election.
Not all overseas voting centres, in Australian embassies, high commissions and consulates, will open for the entire two weeks.
