AUSSIE HIRERS’ OPPORTUNITY
According to the Insync Network Group Australian Expat Career 2022 Survey, Australian hirers could be missing a golden opportunity to fill roles in a skills shortage, with 80% of Australian expats intending to come home and 70% of expats saying a job will play a role in the decision. The Melburnian has completed a feat that only 10 other women in the world have managed, with more people having been to space than achieved this undertaking of 195 nations. COP27 BREAKTHROUGHS
Advance partner, Gilbert + Tobin have written a great summary of the outcomes of COP27, including the agreement on a fund to ‘provide financial assistance to vulnerable nations suffering from climate change impacts’, as well as the areas with less progress which deferred certain issues for 2023.
