Nick joined DDB in 2007 as President and CEO of DDB Los Angeles. He has broad experience in all aspects of the communications business--as an agency executive, a client and a consultant. Nick brings an international perspective to his role, having lived and worked in his native Australia, as well as in London, Madrid, Amsterdam, New York, Atlanta, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

David Cannington I CMO, Sensear
David's earlier career was spent driving marketing strategies for Fortune 1000 companies such a Cadbury Schweppes in Australia and UB Foods in the UK. He then worked for McCann Erick-son in Sydney and San Francisco driving advertising strategy and execution for global brands such as Nestle and Del Monte.

Since arriving in San Francisco 20 years ago, David founded two marketing consulting companies advising early stage technology companies on US market traction and was the founding CEO of ANZA Technology Network, a leading Asia Pac Technology Network.

Siimon Reynolds I Founder, The Fortune Institute
Siimon is one of Australia's most respected marketing experts, entrepreneurs and authors. He has won numerous business awards and is Co-Founder of The Photon Group, which grew in 9 years from two people to the 15th largest marketing group in the world, with over 50 companies employing 6000 full and part time staff, valued on the Australian Stock Exchange at over $500 million.

Tony Surtees I President & CEO, Hyperlocalizer 
Tony Surtees is CEO of Hyperlocalizer. He was CEO of iPrime, for Prime Media Group Limited, Vice President and General Manager of Yahoo!'s commerce division in the US, responsible for 14 business units generating US$200 million per annum in advertising and US$2.5B in gross sales.

Dr Roger Kermode I CTO, Comms, Media & Entertainment (South Pacific), HP
Roger is a seasoned technology and business executive who has spent 20 years creating and delivering innovative technology solutions for the US, China, and Australia. Having recently joined HP his past roles include CTO of iPrime, Director of Innovation & Technology, at the Smart Internet CRC, and Lab Manager at Motorola. At HP Roger works with Telcos, Media, and Entertainment companies to help them take advantage of the Cloud, Mobility, Analytics and Security. He is also a co-Founder of Pushstart, an Australia-wide Mentoring Network which is running its first Accelerator program. Roger is a Fulbright Scholar and holds Master's and Ph.D. degrees from the MIT Media Lab.
