  
Advance is excited to be growing its Hong Kong chapter with the appointment of a new Asia Director. We are expanding our membership of Australian professionals looking to grow their networks in Hong Kong and around the globe.
Membership is free, both for Australians and those connected with Australia.
Members will receive exclusive invitations to signature Advance events we will be running in Hong Kong, as well as discounted access to our calendar of functions in cosmopolitan cities where Australians frequently travel, such as London and New York. They will have an opportunity to join and lead our industry networks, which help members target their networking effectively within their profession.
We recognise that Hong Kong is one of the most dynamic economies in Asia, with a large number of Australians furthering their careers in business, the arts & culture, government and sport. We seek to support the existing Australian organisations, as listed on the Australian Consulate-General website.
The Advance Australian community is continually expanding. If you have ideas on how Advance should grow in Asia, such as the services or events you would like us to present in Hong Kong, we would welcome your feedback.

Russell Reynolds Associates event
 In June 2007, Russell Reynolds Associates and Advance hosted the first ever events in Asia as part of the Advance Talent Return Initiative, which aims to ensure that Australians overseas are well-informed about the wealth of opportunities in the increasingly dynamic Australian market, should they be considering a return to Australia at any point in the future. The events provided a chance for Australian financial services professionals to network with their peers, update them on the current market trends and issues in Australia – and gave them a chance to taste some wonderful Australian wines and food!
