Recently returned to Australia and now director of international communications for Telstra, Andrew will share his insights on his work in New York and back home in Melbourne with two of Australia's most famous companies.

SYDNEY: Shining Stars and National Treasures - Launch of Revolving Doors Series in Sydney

Advance was pleased to host the first of our Revolving Doors events in Sydney on Thursday 30th August at the Mitchell Library. Regina Sutton, CEO of the State Library, an expat herself, welcomed the group and offered some reflections on the value of a network for returning Australians. Held in the Friends Room at the Mitchell Library, guests were treated to a display of rare treasures of the library, including William Bligh’s journal during Mutiny on the Bounty and the original manuscript of Dorothy McKellar’s I Love A Sunburnt Country (then called Core of My Heart).
In addition to viewing the national treasures, guests enjoyed a presentation by one of Australia’s shining stars in the world of advertising, Matt Eastwood, currently National Creative Director/Vice Chairman of DDB Australia. [More...]
